Terms and conditions for entering the competition

These terms and conditions of entry apply to this competition, which is being run by the provider. Entrants accept the terms and conditions when they enter the competition (hereinafter referred to as the “competition”).

Duration:
The competition ends on June 15, 2025.
The provider reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without stating any reasons, even before the scheduled end date.

 

Prizes/rewards:
The provider is responsible for organizing, processing, and providing the prizes in cooperation with its partners.

 

Winners will be notified by email after the competition ends or they will receive the prize directly by mail. The names (usernames) of the winners may be published.
If it is not possible to notify the winner, the winner does not respond, or the prize cannot be delivered, the prize will be re-drawn. No additional compensation will be offered beyond the advertised prize. Cash payments are excluded.

 

To claim the prize of a blue Sport subscription, a (free) blue TV Air account is required.

 

Eligibility:

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Only individuals residing in Switzerland are eligible.

 

Employees of the provider (or partners) and their relatives are not permitted to enter the competition.
The provider reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in cases of improper or unlawful behavior, especially if false information is provided.

 

General terms:
Participation is free and does not require the purchase of a product or service from the provider or associated companies.

 

The provider will handle the data collected within the context of the competition with care and in accordance with data protection regulations. Data will be deleted promptly upon request, and all claims to prizes will be forfeited upon deletion. Participants should also be aware that the involvement of social media platforms may trigger third-party terms and conditions regarding data protection and use (e.g., Facebook Inc., USA, in particular), which must be respected. Furthermore, the provider excludes any liability regarding data management to the extent permitted by law.

 

Participants agree that the personal data submitted by them (not just winners) may be shared with blue Entertainment AG and SFL and used for marketing purposes.

 

This competition is only being promoted on Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the owners of that platform. No legal claims can be made against Facebook Inc. or other third parties. All competition information is provided exclusively by the provider, who is the sole point of contact.

 

Participation requires accepting the general terms and conditions and terms of participation, and completing an online registration. The information provided for this must be accurate and complete. Typically, the participant’s first and last name, email address, and phone number are required. Participation is free of charge and accepted during the competition period. Comments on social media that violate Facebook or Instagram guidelines or Swiss law (e.g., copyright) will be removed without notice, and the participant will be disqualified.

 

The provider reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time without giving any reasons, and to make other adjustments to the competition. In the event of force majeure, technical failure, or other significant issues, the competition may be suspended, adjusted, or terminated early. No claims can be made against the provider in such cases. The current valid terms of participation will be published on the provider’s website.

 

No correspondence will be entered into in connection with the competition. There is no right of appeal. The provider accepts no liability in connection with the competition, to the extent permitted by law.


Disputes relating to this competition are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Rapperswil-Jona.
