New year - new recipe!
Last spring, we added the traditional Italian dish Parmigiana di Melanzane al forno to our range as a gluten-free alternative*. Since then, we have further refined the existing recipe: the aubergine slices are cut thinner and the dish now does not need any added cream. Our Parmigiana is now even closer to the original from Neapolitan cuisine - refined in taste, more tender in bite & more «italianità»!
