dieci and the foundation Schweizer Tafel say thank you!
In December 2021, dieci collected for the Schweizer Tafel as part of its Christmas fundraising campaign. We would like to thank our customers for their generosity. We are very pleased that over 6300 customers donated and that we were thus able to collect an overall amount of just under CHF 32’000 - grazie mille!
dieci will round up this amount so that we can donate a total of CHF 40,000 to the Schweizer Tafel - which corresponds to about 160,000 meals for people experiencing poverty in Switzerland!
Poverty is also a part of reality in Switzerland. Especially since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, more and more people are in need of food donations. The donations are mainly used to collect and distribute the food and to upgrade storage and refrigeration facilities. The Schweizer Tafel Foundation finances this exclusively through donations and does not receive any public funds - we are happy to be able to make an important contribution thanks to the money collected and would like to thank our customers.
