2024 – with you as the main ingredient
What a year it’s been! 2024 had it all: crispy pizzas, sweet surprises, and suspenseful moments that nearly made us drop our gelato spoons.
Without you, dear dieci customers, it would have been just another year on the calendar – thanks to you, it became a celebration. Here, we serve up the best bites of the year and give you a taste of what’s to come in 2025.
Pizza and football: an unbeatable team
In June, while the European Football Championship had the nation on edge, our dieci couriers had their own championship: high-speed pizza deliveries. As battles unfolded on the pitch, we transformed your couch into a VIP lounge. Especially popular was the new Fior di Margherita, introduced in March. Simple, pure, with top-quality ingredients: fresh basil, extra-creamy mozzarella, and firm tomatoes. Green, white, red – maybe not on the field, but certainly in your living rooms.
With the dieci Challenge League, the new year will be just as thrilling: our legendary football talent incubator produces the "Stars of Tomorrow" every year, ensuring the Swiss Super League never runs short of fresh talent.
Dulce de Leche: the dessert that melts hearts
In April, we added Dulce de Leche gelato to our menu – a creamy gelato made from caramelized milk jam, following an old Argentine family recipe. We use raw milk from a farm in Jona – because sustainability is a must, even for international creations. Thought crème caramel was the pinnacle? Dulce de Leche is the Champions League.
Our coffee and gelato masters are already working on new surprises. Stay tuned for seasonal specialties and unique creations.
35,000 times THANK YOU!
At the start of 2024, you made a big impact: CHF 35,000 was donated to Save the Children, Tischlein deck dich, and Kindernothilfe. Through our Christmas 2023 campaign "Sharing a Slice", you showed that pizza can bring joy to hearts around the world, not just our stomachs. Grazie mille to everyone who participated – you are the real heroes of the year!
In December 2024, we went even further by creating a donation fund with Save the Children through the "I Wish" initiative. Our goal is to support charitable projects in the long term and show some social responsibility with you. Would you like to fulfil a heartfelt wish for refugee children in Switzerland? You can still get involved.
Crispier, faster, closer
Have you heard about our perennial New Year’s resolution? To be even faster and closer to you. With four new openings in Regensdorf, Bülach, Nyon, and Baden Baregg, we’ve gotten a lot closer to that goal. We’ve built, hammered, and baked: and everywhere, dieci fans have welcomed us with great appetite and warmth.

The biggest highlight of 2024? You, of course! With every order, every gelato cup, and every smile as you opened your doors to our dieci couriers, you enriched our year. Without you, everything would be only half as wonderful.
