dieci also delivers using electric vehicles

Crispy dieci pizza is delivered warm to your door. This is achieved using built-in heating ovens in the typical dieci Pandas. The aim is for the product quality to remain as high as possible while delivery becomes more sustainable.

Electric scooters are already in use in cities

In urban areas, delivery is gradually set to take place using electric scooters. In Geneva, for example, delivery is primarily being carried out with these manoeuvrable scooters. The dieci delivery fleet includes 70 electric scooters, all fitted with an oven for keeping the pizzas warm and crispy during transportation.

The objective: the fleet is to be replaced by as many electric cars as possible

More than 400 Fiat Pandas make up the current dieci delivery fleet – a partial conversion to electric cars will take several years. The difficulties faced are longer routes in rural areas as well as a lack of charging stations close to the branches.

Besides various electric cars, alternative transport options such as e-cargo bikes, as well as cooperation with regional providers of ecological electricity, are being tested.
